Background
Overview
Disabled people are the largest minority group in the world and are highly vulnerable to poverty and unemployment. It is also hard to gain social recognition due to prejudice and discrimination.
According to my local research, disabled people in Toronto, where I live, face various difficulties. One of the most important is that they couldn't get a stable economic source, which led to subsequent problems. So I designed a new employment service system for people with disabilities, working with the government and companies to help people with disabilities. The system mainly serves people with disabilities but can also help governments save money and help companies provide labour, reputation and related benefits.

The investigation found that people are out of touch with society because of their various problems in life and culture. However, in the study of local Ontario assistance and measures for people with disabilities, it is found that the disconnection between government help and people is not significant.
