ABOUT ME
I am an emerging service designer pursuing creative and innovative ways to improve the lives of users and society.
After completing my undergraduate degree in Graphic Design in Canada, I am currently pursuing a Masters in Service Design in the UK. This interdisciplinary education has deepened my understanding of design principles and methods. My extensive life experiences in China, Canada and the UK have equipped me with a unique global perspective, enabling me to effectively tackle complex challenges in different environments. Fuelled by this diverse background, I am committed to fostering innovation and providing comprehensive design solutions to real-world problems.

Hi there, this is Lillian. I'm a Graphic and UX designer based in Toronto, Canada, currently completing my Bachelor's degree with a major in Graphic Design and a minor in Drawing & Painting at OCAD University.
Throughout my undergraduate studies, I've honed my skills in graphic design output, including branding, brochures, packaging design, and more. I've also explored critical thinking, speculative design, and socially-relevant design, building a solid foundation for my future career in design.
As a creative designer, I enjoy pushing boundaries and exploring new areas and methods in design. As I approach the end of my four-year program at OCAD University, I'm thrilled to announce that I'll pursue a Master's degree in Service Design at the Royal College of Art in the UK.

Managed the end-to-end design process, from initial concept brainstorming to delivering the final product cover design.

Conducted in-depth consultations with the publicity teams to clarify the author's vision, refining and provide 10+ design drafts based on feedback to ensure that the design was consistent with the author's intent.
